Making our way through the city was a breeze, as we enjoyed the central location that put us just a few steps from the beautiful Kasugai Japanese Garden and less than a 5-minute walk to the vibrant Downtown Marina. this spot definitely enhanced our weekend strolls and adventures.

Every morning, the breakfast spread offered plenty of choices, like pastries and fresh fruit, keeping my energy up for morning outings. However, the underground parking situation is a hassle. Space is limited, and I faced a predicament when a reserved sign blocked my spot upon returning after a short outing. Although the staff were helpful and friendly, this parking issue should be addressed to enhance the overall experience. Noise from the street bands at night sometimes disrupted the peace, but it added to the lively atmosphere. Keeping these points in mind, I enjoyed my stay despite a few bumps.

Despite these issues, friendly staff went out of their way to provide exceptional service, resolving minor inconveniences quickly.

We had an awesome time at this hotel with friends! The location is perfect for checking out the local restaurants and attractions. We even made it to the Westside Wine Trail and explored the gorgeous Okanagan Valley. The breakfast spread was great, and we loved the comfortable rooms with stunning views. The corridors were a bit noisy at times, as we could hear other guests moving around. It didn’t affect our fun too much, but it's something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to noise.

We enjoyed our stay in a spacious room that was perfect for my family of four. We appreciate the hotel's proximity to the beautiful Waterfront Promenade and took advantage of a fantastic wine tour along the Westside Wine Trail. Breakfast was decent too.
